1A: Tennis Coaching is purchased in term
blocks and coincides with the South Australian public school term
(generally 10 weeks). Sessions will be held at the same time and venue
each week of term.
1B: Part terms cannot be purchased unless students are joining mid term in which case the fee will be prorated.
1C:
Payment is to be settled within 7 days of invoice date for private
lessons. Alternative payment options are available only by prior
arrangement.
1D: All students (or parent/guardian of student/s under 18) must complete a student profile formbeforecommencing private lessons.
1E: If you wish to continue from one term to the next, booking is still necessary to secure position.
1F: Fees are non-refundable unless negotiated for an extended illness. In the event of unfinished lessons, credit will be applied to student's account or can be transferred to another student.
2. Fee Schedule
Prices are for private tennis coaching bookings (per person) based on a full ten week block of term coaching. Any missed sessions are re-scheduled as 'make-up' sessions.

4. Private Lessons + Group Lessons
4A: Punctuality is crucial. Lesson will not run overtime if Student is late.
4B:
Student is to provide own racquet (unless pre purchased with
enrolment), drink, hat and non-marking tennis shoes are to be worn.
4C:
If there are any medical conditions or special needs for the student,
the coach must be notified before the commencement of term.
4D: Our Coach reserves the right to discontinue a lesson with any student that displays violence or poses a disciplinary problem.
4E: Lessons are non-refundable if you simply change your mind mid term.
4F: Part terms cannot be purchased. Lessons are non-refundable unless negotiated for an extended illness.
4G: Parents (or an allocated responsible adult) must be contactable by phone at ALL times during lesson.
5. Cancellations
5A: Notice of cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to lesson and a make-up session will be rescheduled.
5B: Absence from a lesson without prior notification will not be made-up and fees will be forfeited.
5C: In the even of a Tiger Tennis Coach canceling a scheduled lesson under any circumstances, then this lesson will be re-scheduled as a catch up lesson on the student's account.
5D: Cancellations due to wet weather or extreme heat will be made at the coach’s discretion and the lesson will be rescheduled.
5E: In the case of catch-up sessions not being completed before thew commencement of the following term, credit will be applied to the student's account for future use and will be reflected on the next term account.
6. Heat Policy
*Applies when temperatures reach 35°C or higher.
6A: Work Adjustments - Lessons will be modified in the best interest of keeping our students comfortable (time adjustment, shaded court or moved indoors). 6B: Mandated Breaks: Coaches will ensure students have cool water and a compulsory drink break every 15 minutes in a shaded/cool area. 6C: Protection - Students must use sun protection (hats, sunscreen) and wear heat-appropriate clothing during tennis lesson. 6D: Suspension - 37°C: Lessons will be re-scheduled as a catch up session or credit applied to student's account if the temperature is forecast to reach 37 degrees Celsius or higher at or during the scheduled lesson time.
6E: Effective Date: 25th October 2012.
7. Child Safe Policy
All children who come to Tiger Tennis have the right to feel safe and be safe. We are committed to the safety and well-being of all children and young people accessing our services, and their welfare will always be our first priority. We aim to create a child-safe and child-friendly environment where all children are valued and feel secure.
Our Child Safe Policy complies with our obligations under the Children and Young People (Safety)
Act 2017. It also complies with the Child Safety (prohibited Persons)
Act 2016 and the National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
8. Overdue Fees
8A: In the event of your account being more
than 14 days overdue from the date of invoice, we will send you a friendly reminder notice. In the event of your account being more than 28 days overdue from the date of invoice, we may apply a late payment fee to your account of
2% of the total invoice per month.
9. Credit Notes
9A: In the event of
the student not completing all of their booked lessons in any given
term, credit to the value of the remaining lessons will be applied to
the student's account which is valid for 12 months from the date of
issue.

10A: All photos and
text content on this website are owned and are legally deemed the
intellectual property of Tiger Tennis Au. All information and images on
this website are for viewing purposes only. Photos and or text are
strictly not to be copied, downloaded, printed, reproduced, distributed
or used for any other purposes unless prior written consent is given
from Tiger Tennis Au.
11. Retail Purchases
11A: RACQUETS MUST BE RETURNED IN BRAND NEW CONDITION with
11B: The plastic wrap on the handle, and
11C: Free from signs of
use (e.g. ball fuzz on strings, scrapes on bumper guard, etc.) If a
custom string was used in a racquet, the cost of the string will not be
reimbursed. A tennis racquet or product cannot be returned if you simply
change your mind after hitting with the racquet or using the product,
so please choose carefully!
